Frequently asked questions

What is Seenslot?

Seenslot is a wall of banner spots that any business can claim. You pick a spot, upload a banner (or order one from us), pay a fixed price and your banner goes live straight away, clearly labelled Sponsored.

How much does a banner spot cost?

An open top spot starts at $2 for 30 days. Category spots start at $1 for 14 days and mini spots (125×125) start at $1 for 7 days. If a spot is already taken, you can claim it for the current price plus $1 (minis plus $0.50), or raise by up to $10 in one claim.

How fast does my banner go live?

Right after payment is confirmed. There is no manual approval queue. If you ordered the design service, it goes live the moment you approve your design draft.

What happens if someone claims my spot?

They pay more than you did, and their banner takes the spot. You get account credit for the days you did not use, and your banner stays visible for 3 more days (1 day for mini spots). Credit is valid for 90 days.

Can I get a refund?

No. All purchases are final, which is why prices are small and shown before you pay. Read the No-Refund Policy before you buy.

I do not have a banner. Can you make one?

Yes. The design add-on is $5 (Basic), $9 (Standard) or $15 (Premium). You upload your logo, we send a draft, you get 2 free revisions, and the banner goes live when you approve it.

What banner sizes are there?

Spots match common web ad sizes: 970×250, 728×90, 300×250, 250×250, 160×600, 120×600 and 125×125. Upload PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 1 MB, at the exact size of the spot.

Are political ads allowed?

No. Political ads are not allowed, and neither is anything illegal, misleading or adult. Banners that break the Advertising Policy are taken down.

Do I need an account or a password?

No password. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Your dashboard shows your spots, credit and design orders.

Does a spot give me an SEO backlink?

No. Banner clicks go through a counted redirect and links are marked sponsored, as search engines require for paid placements. Buy a spot for visibility and clicks, not for link building.
