These Terms are an agreement between you and Technotic Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India ("Seenslot", "we"). By buying a spot or using the site, you accept these Terms, the No-Refund Policy, the Acceptable Advertising Policy and the Privacy Policy.
A fixed, clearly labelled Sponsored advertising spot on Seenslot for the fixed term shown for that spot, at the published price. Terms: top spots (Wide, Leaderboard, Rectangle, Square) 30 days; side rails 10 days; category spots and the footer strip 14 days; mini spots 7 days. This is a fixed-price ad placement. It is not an auction, a game, a bet or an investment, and it guarantees no traffic, clicks or sales.
Main spots start from $2, mini spots from $1 and category spots from $1 (USD). There is no maximum price. Any occupied spot can be claimed at the current price + $1 (+$0.50 for mini spots) by default; the buyer may choose a bigger increase, up to +$10 in a single claim. Each claim buys a fixed-term, clearly labelled Sponsored advertising placement only. There are no winnings, prizes or payouts of any kind, and no money is ever paid to other brands. When your spot is claimed, you get account credit for your unused days (per day on that spot's term), and your banner stays 3 more days (1 day for minis). See the Refund Policy. The banner design add-on costs $5–$15.
You confirm you own or have rights to your banner, logo, text and link, and that they are lawful and accurate. You grant us a licence to display them on Seenslot and in our promotion of the "Most-seen brands" ranking. Banners you upload go live automatically once payment is confirmed; if you ordered our design service, your banner goes live when you approve the draft. We don't review banners before they go live, but we may remove any banner at any time if it breaks our Acceptable Advertising Policy or the law, with no refund.
By buying a spot, you agree that your brand name, banner and click counts may appear on the public "Most-seen brands" ranking. See the Sponsored Placement & Ranking Disclosure.
You sign in with a one-time link we email to you. Keep your email account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Payments are processed by a third-party gateway (Razorpay). Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout.
Don't inflate clicks or impressions, yours or anyone else's. We filter bot and repeat clicks and may adjust counts. Fraud leads to removal with no refund.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected spot in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
