Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All purchases on Seenslot are final. We do not give refunds under any circumstances. This covers spot purchases, mini and category spots, footer strips, side rails and the banner design add-on.

No refund in these cases (including, not limited to)

• Another brand claims your spot (you are "outbid")
• Your banner is rejected or removed for breaking our Acceptable Advertising Policy or Terms
• Low clicks, low impressions or results you didn't expect
• You change your mind, pick the wrong spot or size, or stop using the service
• Downtime, traffic changes, or our redesign of the site

Account credit when another brand claims your spot

If another brand claims your spot, we add account credit for your unused days, calculated per day on that spot's term (price paid × unused days ÷ term days). Your banner also stays visible for 3 more days (1 day for mini spots), never past your original end date. Credit:

• is not cash and can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money
• can only be used toward future Seenslot spots
• is not given when a banner is removed for a policy breach
• expires 90 days after it is issued

Chargebacks

A chargeback or payment dispute isn't a way to get a refund. If you file one for a valid purchase, we may suspend your account, remove your banners and cancel your credit, and we will contest the dispute with the evidence we hold.

Only where the law requires it

Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be excluded under applicable law, or any rule of the payment network (for example, a duplicate charge or a payment taken with no service delivered). In those cases only, we'll handle it as the law or network rules require.
