• Every spot on Seenslot is paid advertising and is labelled Sponsored.
• A spot is not an endorsement, review or recommendation of the brand by Seenslot.
• Prices are published. Each spot has a starting price and no maximum; a takeover costs the current price + $1 (minis + $0.50) by default, and the buyer may add up to +$10 in one claim. A brand gets a spot by paying that price, not through any game of chance.
• Every payment buys advertising space only. There are no winnings, prizes, rewards or payouts, and no money is passed to other brands. An outbid brand gets account credit (not cash) for unused days.
• The "Most-seen brands" ranking is ordered by filtered clicks only. We remove bot traffic, repeat clicks and rate-limited traffic. Paying more doesn't change your rank directly.
• By buying a spot, a brand agrees to appear on the public ranking and in Seenslot's own promotion of it (for example, a "Most-seen brands" card on social media).
